Welcome to the Hellenic University Club of Philadelphia website!

As you navigate our website, you will learn about our exceptional organization and all we have to offer. I invite you to read about our worthy mission paideia, the lifelong pursuit of education and learning, and our proud eighty-eight year history. Learn about the varied educational and social programs and activities we offer our members in an effort (1) to bring together Greek-Americans and others interested in subjects rooted in Hellas/Greece and the Greek culture and (2) to foster social fraternity (αδελφότης) in the Greater Philadelphia community through our calendar of events. I hope you will plan to attend one of our many exciting events. We look forward to meeting you at one of our many educational programs and social events. 

To celebrate a new chapter in the Club’s history, the website has been considerably improved to include several new features and pages, including:

  • Online payments. Making payments to the Club has never been easier. We have eliminated our reliance on third party payment sites, and now allow members to join or renew their existing memberships, purchase event tickets, and make donations directly to the Club on our website at no additional cost to our members.

  • Calendar of Events. See all upcoming events at a glance with a sleek and intuitive calendar found on our homepage.

  • Officers and Board of Directors. Learn about our 2024-2025 Officers and Board of Directors, and explore the Committees available for our members to join.

  • Secure SSL. Our website is secured via an SSL Certificate and HSTS, protecting your information, your device, and our website.

  • Archives. Explore an archive of past newsletters spanning five years and four Club Presidents using the Newsletter tab below. Join our email list or visit this page monthly to receive the newest version of our newsletter.

  • Scholarship Recipients. We are incredibly proud of our 2024-2025 scholarship recipients. Their names and the scholarships they received can be found on our homepage.
